No information of a confidential nature is left where they can be accessed by unauthorised people.
Where data is computerised, it is password protected both on a local hard drive and on a network drive that is regularly backed up. Authorised employees use passwords provided to access the computer system. While we make every effort to safeguard and protect personal data entrusted to us by relevant persons, we cannot fully guarantee its safety as electronically stored data is always vulnerable to interception by hackers, which is beyond our control.
